We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a 7-week Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills Group. We are offering the group in-person and online. Each group session will run 90 minutes and we require a 7-week commitment.

Virtual group: Mondays at 6pm-7:30pm / April 17 – June 5

What is DBT?

DBT is a therapeutic modality that can help you learn to cope with difficult emotions. DBT helps people obtain a life worth living, learn essential life skills, and develop a greater sense of self-control. This group aims to help you understand and apply the four DBT skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation.
