Grief is a natural response to loss. Whatever type of loss you have suffered, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming, but there are healthy ways to cope with your grief and learn how to heal.

ADHD

ADHD

Do you struggle to pay attention? Are you easily distracted? Do you procrastinate, forget things easily, feel disorganized, and find everyday tasks challenging? Many adults with ADHD aren't aware they have it, but with proper assessment and treatment, the symptoms can be well-managed.

Relationship Issues

Relationship Issues

Relationship dynamics can become conflictual, distant, and dysfunctional. Therapy for relationship issues can focus on improving communication, forming meaningful and intimate bonds, working through feelings of mistrust and betrayal, etc.

Anxiety and Depression

Anxiety and Depression

Many people experience anxiety (debilitating worry, tension) and depression (extreme sadness, worthlessness, hopelessness). Although anxiety and depression can cause distress and interfere in your daily life, both can improve with the support of a mental health professional.

Emotion Regulation Difficulties

Emotion Regulation Difficulties

Do you struggle with intense and unpredictable emotions that are overwhelming, painful, and interfere with daily life? DBT helps individuals learn how to cope with emotions, develop important life skills, and regain self-control.

Trauma

Trauma

Trauma is defined as an emotional response to a distressing life event such as an accident or assault. In some cases, people may develop Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, which is very treatable. Our clinicians are highly trained to identify and treat trauma.
